Introducing a new beer release from Gate City Brewing Company, a Norwegian Style India Pale Ale named Fast Fjord. This unique IPA is brewed with Hornindal Norwegian Kveik “Ka-Wike” yeast strain and is hopped with Idaho Gem, Citra, Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, & Mosaic Hops, giving it flavors and aromas of mango, pineapple, and hints of orange. With a 6.3% abv, 3 IBUs it’s a great all-weather beer with a great unique profile.
Gate City brewer, Pat Rains, says “We’re excited to put Fast Fjord IPA out in the market, it’s made with a special type of yeast that lends amazing tropical flavors while fermenting at a high temperature without off-flavors. This Farmhouse yeast combined with an aggressively hopped IPA style, creates a unique and satisfying beer that we know our beer drinkers will enjoy”. 6 packs of Fast Fjord IPA are available at major retailers and in Gate City Brewing Co’s taproom.

Got into Block Blast recently and it scratches that same itch as Tetris but with its own twist. The block-fitting mechanic is simple to pick up but getting high scores takes some actual strategy. Good for short sessions when you have a few minutes to kill.
Hey there! Slope Run I’m really curious about the flavor profile you mentioned for the Fast Fjord IPA. How do you think it compares to other IPAs in terms of drinkability? Any recommendations on food pairings?
Brewed with expressive Among Us Norwegian kveik yeast, Fast Fjord delivers a unique balance of juicy citrus, tropical fruit, and a subtle rustic edge that sets it apart from your typical West Coast or hazy IPA.
